It is President's Day and you may want to take advantage of the long weekend to relax, spend some time with the family, but also throw down in the the gym. Here is one of my favorite workouts you can do whether you are in your local gym or are traveling for the long weekend and find the only place you can train is in a hotel room.

Warm up

Warm up with Squats, Push-ups, and Burpees.
Do 3 sets of 5 of each movement.

The Workout

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of each:

Burpee +
Sit-up +
Push-up +
Squat +
Lunge (two count - 1 rep on each leg makes 1 total rep)

For Example:
10x Burpee + 10x Sit-up + 10x Push-up + 10x Squat + 10x Lunge (10 each leg) +
9x Burpee + 9x Sit-up + 9x Push-up + 9x Squat + 9x Lunge (9 each leg) +
8x Burpee + 8x Sit-up + 8x Push-up + 8x Squat + 8x Lunge (8 each leg) +
All the way to 1....
