Never tried Salmon Stir Fry? Today is your day. This fresh and fast take on traditional stir fry from dietitian Chris Mohr will have you coming back time and time again.
7-Minute Salmon Stir Fry
Salmon burger (found in the freezer section of most grocers)
Frozen mixed veggies
1 tbsp prepared ginger (we use a product by “the Ginger People” found in many grocery stores or online
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Minute rice, optional
Heat saute pan over medium heat.
Add salmon burger and cook until fully heated through (about 3-5 minutes, turning about halfway through the cooking process. Remove from pan.
Add oil, ginger & garlic to already heated pan and saute for about 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add frozen veggies, toss to coat.
Add salmon burger back on top and heat all ingredients together.
Serve with optional rice, if desired.
