Sometimes time is something you just don’t have, especially when it comes to cooking. We reached out to Melissa Hanson, queen of plant-based meals, to put together a few of her favorite quick recipes. Just about everything she prepares is five ingredients or less so you can save time while still eating well. Her homemade hummus is no exception. So grab some cucumbers and let's get cooking.
Juice of 2 Lemons
4 Cloves of Garlic
2 Cans Garbanzo
1.5 tsp Himalayan Salt
1/3 c Olive Oil
1. Blend ingredients (not garbanzo) on high till smooth.
2. Add drained garbanzo beans and blend till smooth.
