Melatonin is a hormone that your brain produces to help you fall asleep when it gets dark outside. It supports your circadian rhythm, but can be disrupted with additional light inside your own or things like daylight savings. Supplementing with melatonin can help support your body’s natural sleep rhythm.
Nano-cbd: To support overall sleep.
Cbd is one of cannabinoids (non psychoactive) extracted from the hemp plant, which interacts with your body’s endocannabinoid system.
