We all likely know someone or we are someone who has struggled with mental health, whether in big ways or small ways. In an effort to raise awareness and create a discussion around mental health and wellness, we are pleased to announce the launch of our Corporate Social Responsibility program in partnership with Mental Health America.
Join us throughout the month of May as we team up with Mental Health America and discuss how to live mentally healthier lives. We’ll explore things that impact mental health, how to determine if and when you should speak with someone, how you can be a resource for those around you who might be struggling, and provide tools and tips on how to navigate your mental health.

1. Talk to someone you trust about how you are doing.
2. Check in with loved ones to see how they are doing.
