This month we are focused on the concept of movement. We believe that movement and exercise should be a non-negotiable part of everyday life. Just like what you eat matters, your movement matters. And just like what you eat varies day to day, your movement can and should vary day to day. This month we will dive into various ways you can move, from intense workouts to yoga to even a simple evening walk. We'll look at how movement benefits mental health, some of our favorite new gym tools, and of course, provide ways to help you get moving.
