Serves 4-6 or good for 4-6 meals
1 rotisserie chicken
2 tbsp avocado mayonnaise
2 stalks celery, diced
1 cup red grapes, halved
1 apple, cored and finely diced
1 store bought rotisserie chicken, skin and meat removed from the bones
Add mayonnaise and mix to combine
Add in celery, grapes & apple and serve over greens or on quality bread.
