Ted Lasso: If you haven't watched Ted Lasso, stop what you're doing right now and start it. It's witty, heartwarming, and everything we've been missing. Follow eternally enthusiastic and optimistic American college football coach Ted Lasso who, fresh off a Division II championship at Wichita State, is hired to lead a kind of crummy Premiere League soccer team, AFC Richmond.

Schitt's Creek: You've seen riches to rags stories before but nothing like this one. Follow Johnny Rose and wife, Moira (a washed up soap opera star) and children David and Alexis as they lose their glamorous life of wealth and move to the only place they can afford, a motel Johnny Rose bought his son David as a joke for his birthday. What unfolds is the perfect mix of life, learning to love and lean on your family, adjusting to a new reality, and a lot of hilarious and heartfelt moments in between.

The Social Dilemma: You might get the urge to delete your social media after watching this one. Tech experts from top companies such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and google speak to the dangerous human impact of social networking and how it is causing issues with depression and addiction, especially in teens. It's messaging is intense, but it will leave you something to think about.

My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman: Here you thought David Letterman retired. Think again. Netflix just released season 3 of this episodic talk show that sits down with celebrities, politicians, musicians, etc. for more in-depth conversations about everything under the sun.

Vikings: You'll have to venture from Netflix for this one, but it's worth it. Vikings takes you to the fascinating, mysterious, and sometimes brutal world of Ragnar Lothbrok, a Viking warrior and farmer. Follow Ragnar, his family, and his band of vikings as they explore and raid on Ragnar's journey to be become king.

My Octopus Teacher: Dive (literally) into the underwater world of free diver and nature filmmaker Craig foster as he swims with an octopus that lives in a kelp forest off the coast of South Africa. Foster was dealing with serious burnout and needed some kind of respite, which is what lead him to free diving and a speckled, eggplant-hued octopus.  My Octopus teacher follows an unlikely friendship between man and octopus and Foster visits the octopus every day for a year.

Yellowstone: If you need a little wild west, Yellowstone will be your fix. It follows the Dutton family, who controls the largest continuous ranch in the US. John Dutton leads his family and the reach as it's borders are under constant attack by their neighbors: land developers, a national park, and an Indian reservation. Kevin Costner plays John Dutton so you'll get some Wyatt Erp meets Dances With Wolves meets a little Robin Hood and we couldn't be more pleased.

The Last Dance: If you love basketball and Michael Jordan, saddle up. This docuseries produced by ESPN follows the life and career of Michael Jordan, with a specific focus on his final season with the Chicago Bulls.
