CLASS DESCRIPTION

Basecamp Fitness offers the most effective and efficient interval training workout in 35 minutes. By coupling rounds of heart-pumping cardio on the Assault Bike with thoughtful resistance training rounds on the mat, everyone will be challenged in their own way, every day! We all work as a team, and come out feeling stronger than ever! All Basecamp workouts commence with gut-wrenching core work and come much-needed stretching. In, out, done, all under an hour.

Parking: 90 minute validated parking is available in building’s underground parking garage. To access the parking garage, enter through Lincoln Ct which runs parallel to Lincoln Blvd and intersects with Arizona Ave. Parking garage located directly behind the building.
