Join us for an exclusive workout at Everybody Fights
This is an interval-based circuit training class focused on building strength, endurance and explosiveness. The circuit will incorporate a mix of cardio, strength training and boxing using stations such as suspension, rowers, battle ropes, turf, kettlebells, boxing bags and more. Plus Sarah White will lead everyone through a 20 minute flow for the cool down.
*Rhone is taking the necessary precautions to ensure the health & safety of all involved. This includes, but is not limited to the following: requiring all participants to wear masks (Rhone will provide masks to participants while supplies last), enforcing proper social distancing, and sanitizing any equipment before and after use.
