Dear Rhone Customers,

We have been closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. As a company, the health and well-being of our team, customers and community are our number one priority. As such, we’ve made the decision to temporarily close all of our retail stores (Brookfield Place, Hudson Yards, Midtown, and Chelsea Piers Stamford), along with our Connecticut and Utah HQ’s through March 31st. As a company, we have also halted all business travel and events. Rhone.com is still servicing all online orders, and our wonderful Customer Experience team is available to help with any questions. We will continue to take all measures recommended by public health authorities to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff.

What we are collectively experiencing can create doubt, uncertainty, and even panic at times. We want to ensure you that you can continue to rely on Rhone and that we are here to do what we can to help others get through this. Which is why we plan to continue with our regular online and social media content for those who might be looking for a break. We will also be sharing free Work(out) From Home programs, tips about keeping productivity up while working from home, some of our favorite recipes, playlists, and shows to stream, and most importantly, ways to remotely help those in and around your community.
