Class Description

HIT House is a full body workout: expect to improve your cardio, muscle tone and fight skills. First we warm up, learn strike technique and then go through rounds of Muay Thai combinations that are used in the ring. You'll improve your punches, kicks, knees and elbows in this fun, welcoming 50-minute cardio kickboxing class.
