An Update on Our Shipping

Dear Rhone Family,

As part of Rhone's effort to move #ForeverForward, we are upgrading our internal IT and adding additional warehouse capacity beginning September 30, 2020. We're very excited about how this development will position Rhone to continue to meet the needs of our rapidly growing community for years to come.

For starters, our warehouse will not be fulfilling outbound orders on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 as we pause warehouse fulfillment in order to switch to the new IT system. Rhone.com orders placed late in the day on Tuesday, September 29 2020 or Wednesday, September 30, 2020 will ship when the warehouse resumes operations. This small delay will include orders placed by Rhone Rewards members.

Additionally, as we steadily build our inventory position in the new warehouse, a small portion of Rhone.com orders will ship in multiple shipments, with some of the order coming from the existing warehouse and the other part of the order coming from the new one. While these split shipments are inevitable and may persist for some time, our Rhone Operations team is tracking the frequency of split shipments and making every effort to reduce that frequency to minimize any inconvenience they may cause to our community.
