“Wisdom is knowing when to have rest, when to have activity, and how much of each to have.” — Sri Sri Ravi Shankar
From technology and social media to relationships to our own personal health and wellness, we’ve all experienced some sort of reset at one point or another. Even with all of the talk around self-care and investing in one’s self, the concept of “balance” can feel unrealistic. But what if you took the time to slow down, sharpen your focus and redirect your energy on to only those things that mattered most? What if you allowed yourself to reset to then move forward with a new approach? We want to encourage you to do just that which is why this month, we’re focusing our energy all around the concept of resetting.
This month, consider a reset the ultimate form of self-care. While it will look different for all of us, we challenge you to consider what you’re holding onto in life that feels like clutter versus necessity. What brings you energy and joy? What feels heavy or brings you down?
Along the way, we’ll be bringing you articles on the power of breathwork, shifting energy through movement, foods for mental clarity and cognitive function, and more. So join us this month as we take a moment to pause, slow down, and reset. We promise it will be worth it.
One major way to reset? Breathwork. Here's a glimpse into our latest event at our Century City store where we, along with Sam Whiting, hosted a large breathwork session.
