USA Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders both ways (no minimum). If you’d like expedited shipping, we have different options available. Orders placed before 2pm EST will be processed same day. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 2 pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.

Lost Package?
We ship via DHL ecommerce which provides a secure and easily trackable method of shipping. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do all we possibly can to assist you.
We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
Once the carriers have hold of the package, we cannot be responsible for shipped and delivered items that have been lost or stolen.

International Shipping
Rhone now ships worldwide!

We have partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once you place your order, please direct all inquiries to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com

Which contries do you ship to?

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Rhone. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

Can I return my international order?

Yes, we do accept international returns. Please process your return with International Checkout by logging into to your International Checkout account and requesting a return authorization. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return Policy
Not quite what you thought it would be? We can help with that. Send your items back within 45 days after the date of shipment for a full refund. Just remember that all returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with hangtags still attached to receive a refund. Items returned in their original, unworn condition after 45 days are only eligible for Rhone credit (and who said that was a bad thing?). Items not sent back in their original, unworn state are not eligible for a cash refund. Note: All items sold in the Sale collection are final sale items. As such, only product exchanges and in-store credit (no refunds) are allowed. Rhone doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Once your item has been received by the warehouse, please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed.
Exchange Policy
Not quite the right fit? No problem. Send your items back within 45 days after the date of shipment and we will send you out something new. All items you wish to exchange must be in their original, unworn condition with the hangtags still attached. Items not sent back in their original, unworn condition will not receive an exchange.

Please note that unfortunately at this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
