As the weather is starting to get colder, I recently purchased the Distance Run Tights for my morning runs. These are replacing an older pair of UA Cold Gear tights that are starting to finally rip after five years of consistent use. I have been really happy with my UA ones, but figured I would give Rhone a try. The costs is about the same for both ($98 Rhone vs $90 UA). I have a 32/33 waist, but I was told to size down, which I did, and a small fits great. The material feels really good and I am confident they will last as long as my old UA ones. I haven't had to run below 35 degrees yet, so I can't comment on really cold weather, but they kept me comfortable at 35+. The leggings felt snug on me while running, while also not being too restricting. Assuming they last as long as my UA ones, I would definitely recommend these.
